Better orientation for new data providers: A guide with information and help
What kind of data are we talking about? How should I make data available on the MDM? How do I use the MDM? Where can I get further support? New data providers can now find a compilation of information and help on these and other questions under the menu item “Guide for new data providers” on the MDM portal.
Smart help – for beginners and advanced users
New users in particular need orientation in order to be able to optimally use the numerous advantages of MDM. With the new guide, we want to offer them comprehensive help in getting started. As “work in progress”, it starts with a few central questions. We will gradually expand the content, inspired by feedback from users.
But even those who have been familiar with the MDM for a while will find some in-depth information. We answer each question in detail, give reading tips and provide links to further sources of information.
